So... many ways you can do with our curries!

1. Follow our directions to make the delicious Thai curries.
2. Add to any meal to make Thai Fusion dishes.
3. Add to any meal as a condiments; it will add another zesty and tasty to your meal.
4 simple steps; just add coconut milk with your favorite meat/tofu and vegetables.
Red Curry Recipe:
Ingredients:

2 tablespoons Cooking oil
1 can (13.5 oz) Coconut milk
2 tablespoons Surisa Red curry paste
1 cup bite size meat/poultry
1-2 cups double dice size Tofu (alternative)
2 cups vegetables (crisp vegetables are better)
1/2 cup Water
1 handful Thai basil leaves (optional)

Direction:

Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and 2 tablespoons of the paste, stir fry in medium heat until it sizzling.

Pour 1 can of coconut milk

Toss in 1 cup of bite size meat or double dice size tofu, reboil

Add water, Toss in 2 cups of vegetables (crisp vegetables are better) when meat is nearly done, cook 2-3 min (half cook vegetable), Adjust the taste.
- Serve with rice.

OPTIONAL : - Garnish with slices of color peppers and/or Thai basil leave
- Add Surisa Thai Chili (for spicier taste) before serving.

NOTE: - - This is an all-in-one product, with not only the curry paste itself but all the other sauces and seasonings a Thai cook would use, some of which add to the sodium content. It typically be eaten with rice but if still too salty to your taste please add water in the curry.

Green Curry Recipe:
Ingredients:

1 can (13.5 oz) Coconut milk
1/2 cup Water
2 tablespoons Surisa Green curry paste
1 cup bite size meat/poultry
1-2 cups double dice size Tofu (alternative)
2 cups vegetables (crisp vegetables are better)
1 handful Thai basil leaves (optional)

Direction:

Put coconut milk (1 can 13.5 oz) in the sauce pan on high heat for 1 min.

Toss in 2 tablespoons of Surisa Thai green curry paste, stir until mix well

Toss in 1 cup of bite size meat or double dice size tofu, reboil

Add water, Toss in 2 cups of vegetables (crisp vegetables are better) when meat is nearly done, cook 2-3 min (half cook vegetable), Adjust to taste
- Serve with rice.

Massaman Curry Recipe:
Ingredients:

1 can (13.5 oz) Coconut milk
1/2 Water
2 tablespoons Surisa Massaman curry paste
1 cup bite size meat/poultry
2 cups Peeled cut bite size potatoes and/or peeled cut bite size carrots
1-2 cups double dice size Tofu (alternative)
1 handful unsalted nuts
Couple pieces Start Anise and/or Cinnamon stick (optional)

Direction:

1. Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and 2 tablespoons of the paste, stir fry in medium heat until it sizzling.
2. Pour 1 can of coconut milk, stir until mix well
3. Toss in meat/poultry, potatoes and/or carrots, reboil
4. Add water, Toss in handful of unsalted nuts and/or Start anise and/or Cinnamon. simmer for 10-15 min. (Vegetarian: add 1-2 cups double dice Tofu at this stage)
Adjust to taste, Serve with rice.
